According to a new study, teen smoking has dropped to an all-time low in 2012.  The survey asked 45,000 students between the 8th and 12th grades, and found that only 10.6% of the students have smoked over the last month. “A one percentage point decline may not sound like a lot, but it represents about a 9 percent reduction in a single year in the number of teens currently smoking,”…
