The gay marriage debate is one of the most discussed issues in America today. One company that drew a clear line in the sand is Chik-fil-A, the place that said that they believe that marriage should be between a man and a woman. A church in Dayton, Ohio felt compelled to support the movement by offering to give out a $25 gift certificate, but only for those who are straight.
The event, called, the “Day to Honor Biblical Marriage” event has sparked national controversy and the battle between the church and the gay community doesn’t seem to be coming to an end any time soon. The ad was shared all over the Internet by the popular liberal website, Reddit.com. The chain is not affiliated with the event and critics are calling the move homophobic.
What do you think? If someone believes that marriage is between a man and woman, does that mean they don’t like gay people?
