Whether it is in North Korea or on mainland USA, there is no one that manages to attract negative media attention better than former NBA star, Dennis Rodman.

This knack hasn’t seemed to fade away with Rodman’s age. In a recent article, TMZ reported that Rodman was named in a police report by a woman who says she was drugged during a drinking session that took place in a hotel the previous weekend and in which Rodman was present.

The report was filed by Angela Torre, 22, with the Fort Lauderdale Police Department. She says that she met Rodman and a friend named Charlie at the Ocean Manor Resort Hotel, on July 1st, 2014.

According to Torre, the three of them then went back to a hotel room. She then says that she had one drink followed by a shot and that that was all she could remember about the party before she found herself waking up in a hospital bed.

The police say that they have looked into the case and have also confirmed that the fire department had indeed transported Torre to the hospital on the night in question. They say that she was found “passed out” in the hotel restaurant.

Torre told the police that when she came around in the hospital, she fled before she had been properly discharged and that she has no idea about the results of any medical tests that may have been done on her. In the report, she said that she had a bruise on her chest and a bump on her head.

According to their sources, TMZ says that doctors hadn’t administered a rape kit and that Torre had been back to the hospital for a blood test to see if any drugs showed up in her blood.

Torre hasn’t directly accused Rodman of any wrongdoing and he is not, for the present at least, listed as a suspect in the police report.

Rodman could not be reached for comments and the case is still under investigation.
